[04/09/2025] The Bee Trax Album is now complete and going through the mixing and pressing stage, I'm hoping to have it released November 19th 2025. Which is 10 years after this silly video was made! I have mostly been working on the Isles of Scilly history group (Scilly Memories) over the last decade so music took a slight back seat.

(2023) A bit of a joke in the happyhardcore discord leads to a Bee Trax remix of Force and Styles - Frankies Lead 'Part 2'. I felt it was a bit more Cuttlefish vs Bee Trax, so here it is! Originally with The World Of Cuttlefish the idea was to do one 'rip off' and one original in the original '99 happy hardcore style and release them at the same time but I've only got another rip off sitting here, the other original 'Star Dust' is going on the fabled Bee Trax album. I really need to get these off the hard drive and to somewhere safe so I will have to try extra hard to make a new Cuttlefish track that isn't a rip off or remix and get it uploaded within the week! (yeah right) Enjoy. Written and produced by TRIQUATRA released November 11, 2023
(2023) Fancied something a little different so slowed everything right down and turned it into a synthwavey styled track. Enjoy :) Written and produced by TRIQUATRA Additional vocals written and sung by R. Smith released October 25, 2023
(2023) Coral Chorus, some people like it, some...not so much. I don't know if anyone picked up on it but on FNradio in the cars and at the beach party a couple of seasons ago there was a really cool trance remix of it. Epic never released it and it appears the only version out there is like 1min 40 secs, low quality. After waiting ages (literally years) for them to release it I got bored and started to recreate it (after the 1m50s mark it's all creative licence haha). It appears there are no plans to release the original so I hope my version will be enjoyed as a close second :) Remake written and produced by TRIQUATRA released October 25, 2023
(2018) The final Bee Trax track for a while. A remake of a track that UFO and Hixxy made in '99. It was played out a couple of times, but was sadly left on the cutting room floor and didn't get a release. Not only that, but, along with the other bonkers 7 styled tracks it was lost in a hard drive crash. This little bee tried his best to recreate it as faithfully as possible. It'll never be as good as Hixxy and UFOs original, but we hope it is a close second. Thanks to UFO for giving me the nod of approval which sees this track up as a freebie. Enjoy! You can hear the original track as the first one in this set: www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLptL0XxK3g There *is* a full album on the way with brand new Bonkers 7 styled tracks (70% done?) which I hope will please those who have a fondness for this era. it features a whole bunch of original bonkers 7 styled tracks, and of course a few cheeky rip-offs, what Bonkers 7 tribute would be complete without those! -TEASER HERE- www.youtube.com/watch?v=pL9P-6WnBE0 ---My Bee Trax stuff takes its inspiration from the pioneering sound of UFO and Hixxy during the 99/2000 era of Happy Hardcore. Everything suddenly went very Ferry Corsteny euro-trance and most importantly laid the groundwork for UK hardcore all all that was to follow. I recall picking up Bonkers 7 on release day being super excited (I thought the series had ended!) When I put it on I was utterly blown away by Hixxys mix. It was everything I ever wanted in happy hardcore...twangy arcadey supersaw trance at 170bpm. I was home. This sound only really lasted for around about a year, though the ghost of it can certainly still be heard in the early UFO and Hixxy raver baby tracks. In keeping with the Bonkers 7 theme, these cheeky remixes have daft names, often giving a not-so-subtle hint to the original track.--- released May 9, 2018 Remake written and produced by TRIQUATRA
(2018) A little old skooly freeformy number that's been sitting on the hard drive for a while. It's the 'Original Mix' as there is also a Bee Trax mix which will be on the mythological Bee Trax album that might one day actually be finished! credits released January 9, 2018 Written and Produced by TRIQUATRA
(2017) Originally released on Smiling Corpse on the N.E.M.M CD compilation, here is 'Escapism'. I shot for a late 90s freeform sound. I'm especially pleased with the clap, which is a strange thing to be very happy with but I was going for that 'Rollo' thrashy clap from Love Love Love and all those mid-90s Rollo tracks and I got it sounding how I wanted it. Hooray! This is the Jon Doe master, the master on the CD compilation is by Transcend, so loudness will vary depending on which master you are playing. released July 5, 2017 Written and Produced by TRIQUATRA
The second cuttlefish track was made especially for the final Stomp event of 2015, The World Of Cuttlefish brings forth a very stinky piece of cheese. Filled with joy, tears and absolutely no wham bam this track was originally written by Demolition Man and Mister P, but due to lack of a digital copy at the time, and a very (very) poor pressing to vinyl the song was re-written from the ground up (nothing from the original) with a few added extras....the extras being absolutely no wham bam. At all. Some of the lyrics in the second 'verse' are a little strained, Doodles was still recovering from pneumonia at the time but insisted on giving it a go anyway. What a trooper. lyrics I'm feeling ultra-happy I'm feeling ultra-happy. Ultra happy...such a happy feeling. SLAM BAM. released May 10, 2015 Cover version written and produced by TRIQUATRA Vocals by D.Smith.
(2015) The first track from my Bee Trax spin off 'label' The World Of Cuttlefish. The goal of this series is kind of to produce 90s styled happy hardcore, but more towards the late 90s. The first couple of tracks aren't particularly 'purist' and the direction will actually end up going more in the laid back 'chilled out' happy hardcore that force and styles did toward the end of the 90s (Think Senti La Passion/Heart Of Africa) whilst it's 'a' side will be in the usual 90s esc happy hardcore style as these two were supposed to be. The first one is very Bee Trax meets Cuttlefish, a nice 'launch' title that was entered into the happyhardcore site competition back in 2015 (It didn't win, haha!). The very lovely Alison M on vocals. lyrics I believe in you. released May 9, 2015 Track written and produced by TRIQUATRA Vocals sung by Alison M.

The sixth release off Bee Trax from back in 2014 is a remake of the Hixxy Mix of DJs Unite - Vol 1 as featured on Bonkers 7. It never saw a digital or vinyl release, and after a little research it appears it may never get one at all...so here is a free remake from the ground up. It's not perfect, nothing will beat the original, but hopefully a close second! released September 22, 2014 Remake written and produced by TRIQUATRA

That's my eldest son halfway through telling me to stop looping the music! released September 21, 2014 Remix written and produced by TRIQUATRA

(2010...or 2023) A cover of an older trance track (Awww gawd not another adagio for strings!...Don't worry, it's not!!). I made this back in 2010 though I recently opened the project back up and tried to fix some of it's issues and I think it's sounding like a much more rounded track now, so a little unsure if I can really tag it as '2010'. Not to worry. released July 1, 2014
A competition entry for Trackmaster Music. It's got a bit of a 90s twist in the middle. Though it didn't win the competition I had a lot of fun making it and trying to use the original elements from Cruze's track but take it in a different direction. released June 1, 2014 Remix written and produced by TRIQUATRA
(2014/2015) This one has also been sat on the hard drive for a while. A UK hardcore remix of Saving Grace. Saving Grace is a cover version of a trance breaks track by the fantastic duo "Beat Pusher" who originally released it as a trance breaks track under the same name back in 2002/3. I absolutely loved the song, and whilst the original could never be beaten, If you get a chance please take a moment to check out Brothers Jarkko Pietiläinen and Mikko Pietiläinen (Beatpusher / bloomusic) as they are very talented musicians who deserve every ounce of recognition for making such a superb original. released May 10, 2014 Remix written and produced by TRIQUATRA Vocals sung by D. This was my contribution to the album 'Past Present and Future 2014'. Saving Grace is a cover version of a trance breaks track by the fantastic duo "Beat Pusher" who originally released it as a trance breaks track under the same name back in 2002/3. I absolutely loved the song, and whilst the original could never be beaten, I wanted to have a crack at making my own version...at 175bpm which would jump between a few genres (Nu Breakbeat Hardcore, Old Skool Hardcore and UK Hardcore. There is a full UK Hardcore version that I will upload in one of the following batches, soon! If you get a chance please take a moment to check out Brothers Jarkko Pietiläinen and Mikko Pietiläinen (Beatpusher / bloomusic) as they are very talented musicians who deserve every ounce of recognition for making such a superb original. released May 9, 2014 Cover version written and produced by TRIQUATRA Vocals by Doodles.
The original mix is still available on Scarred Digital, but here is the 175 Instrumental mix! The original version is like 190BPM and is *fast* which was the way I wanted it to be when I made it, however it became obvious after hearing it played out a few times that in order for it to be played with other hardcore tracks the DJ needed to pitch it down about 15-20bpm....making the vocals sound....errr...terrifying. This 175 instrumental mix is slower, with the vocals removed and is not mastered by Jon Doe, it's my own mastering, and as such sounds different to the original version. released March 29, 2014 Written and produced by TRIQUATRA Additional vocals written and sung by R. Smith

(2013) Previously unreleased, this is another one that sat on my hard drive wondering why it was feeling more and more abandoned. The project file succumbed to a hard drive failure eventually and as I was between back ups I was reduced to an earlier version...and then the VSTs I used wouldn't work with the new version of windows, it became corrupted and every time I opened it to polish it off I just became more and more de-motivated as things didn't sound like they originally did (goodbye the nice distorted preset I had botched together). So this is the 'best' version, pre-hard drive crash, pre-me making things worse. The lovely Lisa Abbott on vocals for which I have the good folk over at Hardcore Underground to thank. I think I was going for a stripped down, 'old' skool freeform approach but with a bit of punch! released July 17, 2013 Track Written and produced by TRIQUATRA Vocals sung and written by Lisa Abbott
(2014) I wanted to make a gabber/dutch hardcore track. I like some gabber, the more sort of musically violent stuff and I had a headache by the time I'd finished this. It's pretty simple but does the job! I always thought those cutscenes from Shadowman, which I had on the Dreamcast, would come in useful sometime! credits released March 11, 2013 Written and Produced by TRIQUATRA
(2013) In the style of Pogo I created this tribute toward the (wonderful!) actor Danny Kaye one of the greats from my childhood. The video is still on youtube, probably a little more enjoyable with that! www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSKobomYIjs
(2013) Originally released on the CLSM store, I'd always wanted to make a more 'darker' breakbeat track, one that was more driven by bass, lots of wobbly bass. I also like Venture Bros. I could have lifted the sample straight from the show, but I thought it safer just to ..err..re-speak it, so I put on a daft accent with a bunch of effects and here we have it. lyrics Please do not be alarmed, we are about to engage The Nozzle. Please do not move while The Nozzle is engaging. Moving will disrupt calibration of The Nozzle. released January 9, 2013 Written and produced by TRIQUATRA. Vocals...also TRIQUATRA.
(2013) A 2013 update on the classic freeform track Ravechief by UFO and Ramos featured on Bonkers 3. Will the original ever see a release? Who knows. Thank you to Jason UFO for his kind permission to tackle this unbeatable track. I had fun making it though. released January 2, 2013 Originally written by UFO and Ramos, Remix written and produced by TRIQUATRA.
(2013) Previously unreleased, this competition entry of Rebuild Music was originally slated to be released on the [now defunct] CLSM store. released January 1, 2013 Remix Written and Produced by TRIQUATRA. Vocals: Doodles.
(2013) A breakbeaty track that has been sitting on my hard drive getting bored for a very long time and now finally has a place to live. It didn't even have a title. Just sat there all alone. I asked in a music production forum and this was what other people titled it. released January 1, 2013
(2012) This one is a bit of a personal one. Dad passed away in 2002, and as 2012 was swinging around I thought I would spend at least one day throughout 2011 making this track. So a few minutes each day and then on the 10th anniversary of his passing I stopped work on it. This was the result. Right at the end you hear the dawn chorus recorded by him back at home on the Isles of Scilly, followed shortly by a small clip of him playing the organ, which seemed a nice way to end it. Winterborne (UK) was the area where he and mum lived as they started our family back in the early 70s. released June 14, 2012 Written and Produced by TRIQUATRA Sample of bird song, organ playing by Roger Smith
(2012) The beautiful Buranovskiye Babushki represented Euro vision during 2012 and I couldn't resist making this slightly childish track for the memes. This slightly newer version has at least 23% more honk in it, and about 15% more sheep. Enjoy! released May 22, 2012
(2010) Originally released on the CLSM store and featured on the Hardcore Underground 6 compilation this is a breakbeat track I made during 2010. It didn't make an appearance online until 2013! As it is one of my much earlier productions and my first forray into 'nu skool breakbeat' I've always felt it a little rough around the edges, but I'm still very fond of the piano. The inspiration from the song came from another song "Alice Russell - Mirror Mirror On The Wolf" where she sang 'FEEL IT' three times, superbly well and I was all "WOW. I need to put that to old skooly piano. So I dragged my wife in to sing and built the track around her. released February 5, 2010 Written and produced by TRIQUATRA
(2009) An ambient / chillout track I completed back in 2009. It reminded me heavily of walking around late at night one evening outside my home on the Isles of Scilly. Everything was bathed in moonlight (full moon!) and it was very very blue! released June 6, 2009 Written and Produced by TRIQUATRA
(2009) Originally released on NSR Records this track was the first track I had signed and the second that I actually finished! Shortly after I dropped the 'DJ' pseudonym as...well I wasn't DJing very much. It's got a '2009' tag on it because I expect I will update it in the Bonkers 7 style at some point. released May 5, 2009 Written and Produced by TRIQUATRA
